[EVO]< I've always wanted to write a story about this!
This is actually my second self-insert story, so - here you guys go! Hope you enjoy!
Oh ! And before I go - don't forget to critique my work in the comments if you'd like! :^)

      It was near mid-day as you stared out the window of your mother's hazy purple minivan. Today, surprisingly, was your birthday! Oh, how you loved the overjoyed expressions on all of your friends' faces when you simply opened their presents - it was so fun, you might as well add that you wished that you could have it over and over again! But, as all kids could dream, that couldn't happen. It was a great thought, though!

" We're here, honey! " Your mother called from the drivers seat, slowly parking the van into a parking space in the nearly parking lot in front of the pizzeria. You eagerly unbuckled your seat belt, bouncing up and down in your chair with a wide smile.

" Can I go in, can I go in?! " You curled your tiny fingers around the handle to the door, ready to open it when you were given the go ahead.

" Yes, yes.. but don't get lost! I'll be at the front desk if you need me..! " She giggled at your excitement, opening her door and scooted herself off of her seat. You nodded, hopping out and rushing to the front doors. You peek inside the windows on your tip-toes, your smile ever-growing as the dancing bright yellow, green and purple lights flashed in the show room. Freddy and the gang were doing their usual routine, nodding their empty heads and blinking ever so slowly. They always were a bore to you - except for Chica! She was always kind to you whenever you were there - she even remembered your name! She'd always welcome you with the same;
" Hi there, [n/a]! Great to see you back, sweetie! " Then she'd hand you the usual pink or blue frosted cupcake and send you on your way. It was always a treat when you visited the place! But the real reason why you love Freddy Fazbear's Pizzaria was because of your pirate leader Foxy! You two would always swing and sway from the stage hand in hand, singing and telling tales of the best times you went on adventures to the big blue seas, fighting off monsters and slaying sirens - it was always a whale of a time with him around!

" M-Mom.. can I go see Foxy? " You gazed up at your mother as she paused a few steps behind you, she shrugged her shoulders, giving you a soft 'hmph'. You gave her another pleading look as if you were trying to bribe her out of getting you another pet puppy or kitten. She giggled, ruffling your hair gently. Out of all of them - Foxy was always your favorite. He was the bravest - most adventurous out of them all! He was your idol, no less!

" Oh, I don't see why not.. but behave yours- " She was cut off from the loud, excited squeals and babble of the other children as you pushed past the doors and nearly sprinted to the Pirate's Cove. A small table was set up for your party - which was reserved several weeks beforehand as a surprise from your mother. And boy, was it a surprise to you! As a kind, regular gesture by the staff - they always decorated the reserved tables with pirate-themed loot. You examine the items on the table scattered about, nodding your head as if to agree with what you had.

" This is gonna be so fun!! " You clap your hands excitedly, hopping up and down. You pick up one of the eye patches that were on the table and wrapped the elastic tie around your head, covering your left eye. You giggle with delight, the eyepatch blurring the covered eye for a moment. The sound of the music from Freddy's stage pounded in your ears with a rush of adrenalin - as if you were at your favorite band's concert for the first time! You pick up one of the hand covers with a foam hook hot-glued to it, slipping it on over your right hand. With absolute pride, you sashay over to the front desk to your mother, pointing your foam hook at her.

" Arrgh! Ye be walkin' the plank! " You declare in your best impression of the animatronic fox, your voice growling softly underneath the line. Your mother giggles, patting you on the head.

" Ah, I see! Now, go see your friend Foxy for a moment - I hear that he's telling a story soon! " The staff member nodded in reply to your mother, then looked down to you as well.

" That he is! If you hurry now, I bet you can catch him before he starts! " The cashier gave you a small forced smile, his uniform a bit stained with grease and what not. You nod quickly, hurrying over to the stage next to Freddy's - which was closed off with the red velvet curtain. You look around at the other children - all of them either two years older or younger than you. After a few moments of standing nearly pressed against the stage, you hear your mother calling out your name.

" [n/a], dear! The pizza's here! " She waves you over to the table, and after just standing around as if you didn't hear her, you push past the other kids and plopped yourself into a seat across from your mother's. You slowly tear away a slice of cheese pizza from the pile, dropping it onto the white and blue speckled plastic plate. You rest your chin on your hand, just staring at the stage. How long would it take for him to come on stage? It can't take this long!

You take a bite of the pizza, chewing it slowly with anticipation. After a few more enthusiastic bites, your mother puts a hand on your arm with her eyebrows furrowed.
" Honey, slow down..! You're gonna get a tummy ache if you continue to eat like that! " She sighed, slowly moving her hand away from you and shook her head slowly.
" I'm sure that the pirate'll be out soon, don't worry! " You glare up at her, not so sure if you could go by her words. Her eyes widened with surprise, taking a bite of her pizza herself. You look back down at your plate - nothing but the crust left on top of it.

After a couple minutes of staring down at your food, the lights slowly began to dim by the main stage, Freddy and the band quieting down. A bright blue spotlight flashed above Pirate's Cove, the stage lighting up as if it were on the ocean as they knew it. Your mother looked down at you, a small smile on her face. You looked up at her, your eyebrows raising.
" Go on, sweetheart - the show's starting! " She urges you, pushing you along. You giggle, gripping onto your foam hook tightly. As the red velvet curtains begin to reveal the stage, the red animatronic fox poked it's head from between the curtains playfully.

" Arrgh! Who are these that I spy? " Foxy looked amongst the crowd, his eyes widening in surprise as they landed on you. As the curtains are pulled back all the way, he extends his normal hand out to you in greeting, pulling you up on the stage with him.
" Grrreat to see ye again, laddy! " He nudges you lightly, a wide smile across his face. You hug him tightly, nuzzling his chest. He looks down at you, hugging you back and jabs his hook out to the crowd. You look out and see your mother, a soft concerned look spread across her face. you shrug it off as a surprise to her, your eyes finding the crowd around you once more. You give them all a wide, happy smile. Foxy clears his throat, his voice box glitching slightly.

" This be a tale about g-great adventure, courage, riches, and most of a-a-a-all.. fame..! " He declares, draping an arm around your shoulder. You look up at him, smiling wider than ever. As Foxy looks down to you, he pats your back lightly, then bends down to whisper;
" Do ye think ye could help me tell this s-story to these landlo-la-landlovers? " He gazed into your eyes with the same hazy eyed stare, your face brightening up.

" O-Of course I would! " You exclaim, bouncing up and down a bit. Foxy smiled wide in response, standing back up. He posed for the children, the kids roaring with excitement. As they cheered him on, you wrapped your arm around him as well, holding your hook up high for all to see. As Foxy began to tell his story, you chime in every once and a while. Since you've been to the restaurant many a time, you nearly know his stories word-by-word! Well - since he was only programmed to tell a certain five stories a day, all of them the same five stories, it isn't hard to memorize them.
As the story came to a close, Foxy let go of you and knelt down on one knee an winked his only visible eye.

" And that, my fellow pirate crew, is the tale of how the one and only [n/a] [him/herself] defeated the mighty kraken of the seven seas! " Foxy gestured to you, a smile spreading across your face quickly. After the story ended and you said your goodbyes, you hop off of the stage and hurry over to your mother. You nudge her and poke at her, asking the same questions;

" Did'ja see me? Wasn't it cool? Did you remember the part when.. " You faded out, as Foxy sat at the edge of the stage, staring at the ground. You look up at him with a forlorn expression, waving your mother off.
" H-Hang on, hang on.. " You hurry over to the red animatronic, looking up into his eyes.
" What's the matter, Foxy? Did somethin' happen? " You frown, tilting her head to the side a bit. Foxy looks up from the floor to you, ruffling your hair with his good hand.

" Aye... y-ye wouldn't be able to understand.. " He chuckled, his shoulders shrugging a bit.
" But! " He jabbed a finger into the air with his word, another smile slowly spreading across his muzzle.
" I've got a bit of a s-s-su-sur-surprise for ye! " Foxy hopped up onto his feet, the metal endoskeleton rattling inside of his suit. You look up at him with wide eyes, climbing on top of the stage with him. He gestures you into the stage, pushing the curtain out of the way for you to enter. The only light in the room was the exit sign in the back of the room, its soft red light illuminating the small room.
You turn around to look up at Foxy, a curious and concerned feeling crossing your mind.

" Well.. what's the surprise, Foxy? " You tilt your head once again, your eye patch nearly slipping off of your face. You quickly pull it back down and over your eye, giggling softly at yourself. Foxy chuckled along with you, kneeling down to your eye level. He puts his hand on your shoulder, his hook on his knee. He looks down into your eyes, a goofy smile across his face.

" Ye know that we've been knowin' each other for such a long time, right? " You nod, remembering the fond past few years that you spent with him - all of the song-singing, the parties, and games.. boy, were those the good ol' days.
" So! How would ye like to join me in bein' me first mate! " He patted your back, a wide ear-to-ear smile spreading across your face.

" Boy, would I! " You clapped your hand against your foam hook, looking up into his eyes as well. Foxy nodded, but didn't move his hand. His eye twitched a bit as you clapped your hands, his smile fading slowly into a saddened expression. You look down at his mouth, then back up to him. Did you upset him..? Oh, you sure hope you didn't! You were just promoted to be his first mate, after all!

" I'm so sorry.. " He whispered softly.

" F-Foxy? " Your eyes widen in surprise - what did he mean? What was he going to do? Foxy moved his hand off of your shoulder and kept to your eye level. His eyes closed slowly, swinging his head back as his jaw opened a full 180' degrees. He lunged his head forward, his jaws clenching down and biting down into the top of your head. As his teeth sunk deep into your flesh, all you could do was let out a loud screech for help. As Foxy broke down past your skull, you let out another agonizing siren for help, before passing out.

That's actually all you can recall from back then..
But as you sit in the chair sitting in the middle of this.. small security room, surrounded by several screens giving feedback from the cameras, running your fingers along the scars on the side of your head, you hear a sudden rustle sound from Pirate's Cove!
You sit up in your office chair and look up at the screen, but to no avail - nothing was there except the curtains moving back in place. Maybe it was the wind - who knows? You kick your feet back up, flicking through the cameras just in case. Yet again - nothing was new.

Foxy peeked from between the curtains, expression saddened. He pulled himself away as he heard the camera switching on, his lip quivering.
" Welcome back, laddy.. " He whispered once more, staring up at the camera from between the curtains.
" It's great to see ye again.. "
I've finally decided to make my cute lil' thing !!
Well - not really cute, but - y'know..

anyways, here you guys go !
